摘要
在开放教育的视角下,对比分析四川省“能者为师”特色课程推介活动中普通高校和开放大学的社区教育课程建设特点,发现两种不同类型的院校在社区教育课程建设的制度、理念和标准上,存在不健全、有偏差和不统一等普遍问题。为了更好地满足新时代下全社会的终身学习需求,各级各类院校要积极开展社区教育课程资源的共建共享,首先是围绕课程管理、师资建设、经费支持等“宏观意识层面”提供政策保障,其次要以社区发展需求为导向,在学习需求调研、课程目标确立、课程内容组织、课程平台建设、课程评价反馈等“具体实施层面”的全过程中贯彻社区教育课程共建共享模式。
This paper,rooted in the principles of open education,conducts a comparative analysis of community education curriculum construction between conventional universities and open universities.The analysis is contextualized within the framework of the"Talents as Teachers"featured courses promotion activities in Sichuan Province.Unveiling common issues such as system inadequacies,deviations,and lack of unity in the development of community education curriculum in these two distinct university types,the study calls for a collaborative approach.To better address the lifelong learning needs of society in the new era,educational institutions should actively engage in building and sharing community education curriculum resources.This involves establishing policy frameworks at the"macro consciousness level",encompassing curriculum management,teacher development,and financial support.Additionally,guided by community development needs,a co-construction and sharing model for community education curriculum should be implemented throughout the entire process at the"specific implementation level".This includes investigating learning needs,defining curriculum objectives,organizing curriculum content,constructing curriculum platforms,and incorporating feedback from curriculum evaluations.
