新型AUV转舵机构设计与试验

Design and experimental research on the new AUV steering mechanism

摘要 在微特航行器领域,受尾部空间限制,航行器无法使用常规舵机驱动舵片的方法进行操控。针对这一技术难题,本文提出一种电磁推杆式AUV转舵机构,较好地利用了航行器尾部锥形空间,并采用非对称结构实现了横滚控制。在配装A尺寸航行器平台后,项目团队针对该机构进行了湖试试验,验证了操控方法的可行性。 In the field of miniature AUV technology,limited by tail space,the vehicle could not use steering gears to drive rudders.Therefore this paper presents a type of steering mechanism utilizing electromagnetic push rods.The mechanism makes effective use of the cone space in the tail of the vehicle and implements roll control with asymmetric structure.After attaching the mechanism to AUV,the project team conducted a lake test,which proves the feasibility of the control method.
