摘要
目的:通过对小学教师反思和小学教师专业发展能动性的调查,分析二者的相关关系。方法:使用中小学教师反思量表和教师专业发展能动性量表中的题目,测量教师反思和教师专业发展能动性,通过手机问卷调查收集223名小学教师的有关信息及数据,最终形成233份有效问卷,然后对问卷进行描述性分析、方差分析、相关分析和回归分析。结果:小学教师在教师反思、教师专业发展能动性方面表现出差异,其中不同学历水平、不同入职年限有显著差异,任教低学段与任教中、高学段有差异,性别方面无差异。教师反思和教师专业发展能动性相关系数为0.95,P<0.001,存在显著正相关,且具有显著的正向预测作用[β=0.95,t(221)=45.79,P<0.05]。教师反思和教师专业发展能动性维度之间的相关系数为0.76~0.89,P<0.001。结论:小学教师反思与小学教师专业发展能动性存在显著的相关关系,对其有显著的预测作用。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between primary school teachers’reflection and their profes⁃sional development initiative.Methods:To use the reflection scale for primary and secondary school teachers and the scale for teachers’professional development initiative to measure teachers’reflection and their professional development initiative.Through mobile questionnaire survey,223 primary school teachers’relevant information and data are collected,finally forming 233 effective questionnaires,and then descriptive analysis,variance analy⁃sis,correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out on the questionnaires.Results:Primary school teachers showed differences in teachers’reflection and professional development initiative,namely,significant differences in their degree level and employment period,and there is no difference in gender.The correlation coef⁃ficient of teachers’reflection and teachers’professional development initiative was 0.95,with a significant posi⁃tive correlation in P<0.001,and a significant positive predictive effect(β=0.95,t(221)=45.79,P<0.05).The cor⁃relation coefficient between teachers’reflection and teachers’professional development initiative was 0.76-0.89,P<0.001.Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between primary school teachers’reflection and their professional development initiative,and it has a significant predictive effect.
