“双减”背景下作业设计的依据、价值诉求与优化路径

摘要 “双减”政策的颁布,意味着我国基础教育改革进入崭新阶段,优化作业成为当下减负的关键一环。作业设计应以国家课程标准及学生学情为理论与现实依据,以减轻学生负担、提升学生核心素养、提高课堂教学质量为诉求,为实现教育高质量发展目标奠基。基于此,作业优化应瞄准育人总方向,聚焦提质量、尊不同、倡个性、重实践四个路径,重构有效性、分层化、个性化、实践性等类型作业,为促进学生健康成长与重塑基础教育良好生态赋能。 The promulgation of the“double reduction”policy means that China’s basic education reform has en⁃tered a new stage,and optimizing homework has become a key part of the current burden reduction.Homework de⁃sign should take the national curriculum standards and students’academic conditions as the theoretical and prac⁃tical basis,with the requirements of reducing students’burden,improving students’core literacy,and improving the quality of classroom teaching,so as to lay the foundation for achieving the goal of high-quality development of education.Based on this,homework optimization should aim at the general direction of educating people,focus on the four paths of improving quality,respecting differences,advocating individuality,and emphasizing practice,and reconstruct types of homework such as effectiveness,stratification,personalization,and practice,so as to pro⁃mote the healthy growth of students and reshape a good ecology of basic education.
