高质量发展不仅是体教融合适应中国式现代化发展的应时之需,也是其自身发展的历史必然,并将在今后长期引领体育和教育事业发展。基于当前促进全体青少年健康成长,进一步扩大国民教育体系中培养优秀的竞技体育后备人才基础,从而实现体育和教育的现代化发展目标。体教融合的高质量发展不只是体育或教育单方面的提升,而是两者携手共进、优势互补的高质量发展;也不是部分区域、类型学校的高质量发展,而是所有区域、所有类型学校的高质量发展;更不是谋一时一域、复制粘贴式的发展,而是谋长远和全局,谋特色和个性化的发展。实现体教融合的高质量发展,需要坚持以全体青少年“健康促进”为出发点,以体教两部门“协作共享”为立足点,以“引育结合”加强师资力量为支撑点,最终达到“人才共育”的目的。
