如何推进高校与城市融合发展,促进高校动能转化是高质量发展背景下值得深思的问题。为了揭示高校与城市的复杂关系,通过剖析二者的互动逻辑与融合机理,结合城市融合发展中存在的管理体制“各自为政”、效益错位“各取所需”、取才标准不尽一致、产教融合层次浅表等问题,分别从健全组织体制、统一效益目标、人才供需对接、产教深度融合四个方面出发,探索了协同共生视域下高校与城市融合发展的可行路径,以期为二者互惠共生建言献策。

How to promote the integrated development of universities and cities,and promote the transformation of university momentum,is a question worth pondering in the context of high-quality development.In order to reveal the complex relationship between universities and cities,this article deeply analyzes the interactive logic and integration mechanism of them.Based on the problems of management systems acting independently,benefit mismatch and each taking what he needs,inconsistent talent selection standards,and shallow level of industry education integration in the development of urban integration,this article starts from four aspects:sound organizational system,unified benefit goals,talent supply and demand docking,and deep integration of industry education,explores feasible paths to the integration and development of universities and cities from the perspective of collaborative symbiosis,with the aim of providing suggestions for the mutual benefit and symbiosis of them.
