经济双循环格局下安徽制造业供应链稳定性评价

Evaluation on the Stability of Anhui Manufacturing Supply Chain under the Pattern of Double Cycle Economy

为顺应世界经济形势的瞬息万变,并确保本国制造业企业长远、稳定地发展,研究经济双循环格局下安徽制造业供应链稳定性评价方法。依照目的性、科学性、系统性等原则,结合经济双循环的基本概念,以整体协作水平、企业个体实力等六个因素作为一级评价指标,并选取信任程度与企业品牌等共30个二级评价指标,构建评价指标体系。利用熵权法确定评价指标体系内各评价指标的熵权值,获取权重矩阵。采用未确知理论计算评价指标对于稳定性等级的隶属度,基于隶属向量构建模糊关系矩阵。通过模糊综合评价法将权重矩阵与模糊关系矩阵相结合,基于最大隶属度原则,确定安徽制造业供应链稳定性评价结果。实验结果显示利用该方法能够发现造成供应链失稳的风险因素,确保企业长远、稳定发展。

In order to adapt to the rapid changes of the world economic situation and ensure the long-term and stable development of domestic manufacturing enterprises,this paper studies the evaluation method of Anhui manufacturing supply chain stability under the economic double cycle pattern.According to the principles of purposefulness,scientificity and systematization,combined with the basic concept of economic double cycle,six factors such as overall cooperation level and enterprise individual strength are taken as the primary evaluation indicators,and 30 secondary evaluation indicators such as trust degree and enterprise brand are selected to build the evaluation index system.The entropy weight of each evaluation index in the evaluation index system is determined by entropy weight method,and the weight matrix is obtained.The Unascertained Theory is used to calculate the membership degree of the evaluation index to the stability grade,and the fuzzy relationship matrix is constructed based on the membership vector.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the weight matrix and fuzzy relationship matrix are combined,and the evaluation results of Anhui manufacturing supply chain stability are determined based on the principle of maximum membership.The experimental results show that this method can find the risk factors causing supply chain instability and ensure the long-term and stable development of enterprises.
