产教融合视域下教师教学行为对培训成效的影响

摘要 培训师资队伍建设是校企双方人才培养的关键点,而培训教师的教学行为是影响培训成效的关键因子。为深入了解产教融合视域下培训教师教学行为与培训成效间的关系,以M省A院校开展的技能培训为研究对象,对培训教师的特征、来源、教学行为与培训成效间的关系进行实证研究。结果显示,培训教师的职称、教龄、来源影响培训成效,不同来源的培训教师在教学行为及培训成效上存在差异,各维度的教学行为对培训成效的直接作用关系均为显著正相关。 The construction of training faculty is a key point in talent cultivation for both schools and enterprises,and training the teaching behavior of teachers is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of training.In order to deeply understand the relationship between training teachers"teaching behavior and training effectiveness in the perspective of industry-teaching integration,this research takes the skills training conducted by A college in M province as the research object,and conducts an empirical study on the relationship between the characteristics,sources and teaching behavior of training teachers and training effectiveness.The results show that the professional title,teaching age and source of training teachers affect the training effectiveness,and there are differences in teaching behavior and training effectiveness between different sources of training teachers.The direct relationship between teaching behavior and training effectiveness in all dimensions is significantly positive correlation.
