福建省数字经济投入产出模型编制及其产业关联效应

A Study on Input-Output Modeling and Industrial Correlation Effect of Digital Economy in Fujian Province

为量化分析福建省数字经济及其产业关联效应,以2017年福建省投入产出表为依据,编制数字经济投入产出模型,运用产业关联效应分析方法分别测算了数字产业化、产业数字化规模及其对中间投入、最终需求和最初投入的关联系数。研究发现,数字经济部门对其他部门的拉动作用和支撑作用较强;出口需求的增加对数字经济的生产诱发效应最显著,数字经济对于投资扩张的敏感度最高;产业数字化对就业和税收的贡献效应比数字产业化部门显著。应加强福建数字经济规模核算研究,加快数字产业化与产业数字化建设,畅通最终需求诱发传导机制及发挥对社会民生福祉的辐射作用,促进福建省数字经济高质量发展。

To quantitatively analyze the digital economy and its industrial correlation effect in Fujian Province,an input-output model of the digital economy is constructed based on the 2017 input-output table of Fujian Province.The scale of digital industrialization and industrial digitization,and their correlation coefficients on intermediate inputs,final demand and initial inputs are measured by applying the analysis method of industrial correlation effect.The results show that:the digital economy sector plays a significant role in driving and supporting other sectors;the growth in export demand has the most pronounced production-inducing effect on the digital economy,and the digital economy has the highest sensitivity to investment expansion;the contribution of industrial digitization to employment and tax revenues surpasses that of the digital industrialization sector.It is necessary to strengthen the research on the scale accounting of the digital economy in Fujian Province,accelerate the construction of digital industrialization and industrial digitization,smooth the transmission mechanism of final demand induction and give play to the radiation effect on the well-being of people's livelihood to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy in Fujian Province.
