低温低碳氮比条件下菌株Acinetobacter albensis X1氨氮去除性能研究

摘要 针对低温污水氨氮去除困难的问题,对耐低温菌Acinetobacter albensis X1的氨氮去除特性进行研究。菌株X1的氨氮代谢途径以同化作用为主,占比85.96%,同时少量氮通过异养硝化-好氧反硝化过程转化为气态氮。低温条件下菌株X1可以利用多种有机酸盐为碳源,在m(COD)/m(N)≥2.5时具有较好的NH4+-N去除性能。 To solve the problem of difficult ammonium removal from low temperature wastewater,the ammonium removal characteristics of the cold-adapted bacterium Acinetobacter albensis X1 were investigated.The main ammonium metabolic pathway of strain X1 was assimilation,accounting for 85.96%.At the same time a small amount of nitrogen is converted to gaseous nitrogen by heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification processes.The strain X1 can use a variety of organic acid salts as carbon source at low temperature,and had good NH4+-N removal performance when the m(COD)/m(N)≥2.5.
