摘要
全厂的吨油耗水率是评价石化企业绿色工厂的重要指标,而循环水场的水耗则是石化企业占比最大的部分。中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司与中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司合作开发循环水水质控制一体化节水技术,在大榭石化循环量为42000m^(3)/h的大型循环水系统中开展工业应用,旨在研究降低大型循环水场的补水率的同时降低药剂消耗。该技术投用后,实现了循环水系统的高浓缩倍率(≥7.0)运行,系统年节约新鲜水用量100万吨,排污水量减少80%以上,年直接经济效益930多万元。
The per ton fuel of water consumption rate of the entire plant is an important indicator for evaluating the green factory of petrochemical enterprises,and the water consumption of the cooling water plant is the largest proportion of petrochemical enterprises.Intended to study reducing the replenishment rate of large cooling water plants while reducing chemical consumption,CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.and CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co.,Ltd.have collaborated to develop an integrated water-saving technology for cooling water quality control,which has been applied industrially in a large cooling water system with a circulation capacity of 42000 m^(3)/h.After the technology was put into use,it achieved high concentration rate(≥7.0)operation of the cooling water system.The system saved 1 million tons of fresh water annually,reduced the amount of sewage by more than 80%,and achieved an annual direct economic benefit of over 9.3 million RMB.
