焊接及数控切割机烟尘处理系统制作

摘要 大同力泰机械有限公司铆焊车间二区以钢板数控下料和焊接制新液压支架结构件为主,拥有两台龙门式火焰切割机,两台坡口机器人和8台CO_(2)气体保护焊机,为保障工人身体健康,改善车间内空气质量和作业环境,满足国家职业卫生和环境等相关标准规定要求,需制作和定制配套的烟尘处理系统。研究发现,数控下料床下平台不符合安装除尘设备的要求,需重新制造。现有焊接悬臂系统可以作为除尘设备的载体加以利用。还有除尘系统的清理和能耗方面也需要考虑。结合车间实际情况,最终确定设计并制造新的数控上下平台,并配套干式双吸除尘器,二保焊接配套吸气臂捕捉式除尘器,加装自动反吹系统和变频系统解决后续的清理和节能问题。 The second zone of riveting workshop of Datong Litai Machinery Co.,Ltd.is mainly composed of NC blanking and welding of steel plate to make new hydraulic support structural parts.It has two gantry flame cutting machines,two beveled robots and eight CO_(2) gas metal arc welding machines.To ensure the health of workers,improve the air quality and working environment in the workshop,and meet the requirements of National Occupational Health and environmental standards,need to make and customize the supporting smoke and dust treatment system.It is found that the platform under the NC blanking bed does not meet the requirements of installing dust removal equipment and needs to be remanufactured.The existing welding cantilever system can be used as the carrier of the dust removal equipment.There are dust removal system cleaning and energy consumption also need to be considered.According to the actual situation of the workshop,the new NC upper and lower platform is designed and manufactured,and it is matched with the dry double dust collector,the two-keep welding and the catching dust collector of the suction arm,installation of automatic back blowing system and frequency conversion system to solve the follow-up cleaning and energy-saving problems.
