改良痈疽油治疗高危药物外渗致皮肤损伤的疗效观察

Effect of Ulcer Oil on Skin Injury caused by High-Risk Medication Extravasation

目的:观察改良痈疽油治疗高危药物静脉输液外渗致皮肤损伤的疗效。方法:将90例高危药物静脉输液外渗后发生皮肤损伤的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组患者予痈疽油外敷,对照组患者予50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷,治疗后12、24、48、72 h分别记录两组患者局部的肿胀、疼痛评分并进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组在改善肿胀和疼痛方面较对照组更佳,且起效更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痈疽油外敷能有效减轻高危药物静脉输液外渗所致的肿胀和疼痛,修复高危药物外渗所致的皮肤损伤。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the modified ulcer oil with traditional Chinese medicine on the skin injury caused by the extravasation of high risk medication.Methods:A total of 90 patients with skin injury after intravenous infusion of high-risk drugs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 patients in each group.The treatment group was given the"ulcer oil"and the control group was given the 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress.At 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h,the generalized estimation equation was used to compare the swelling and pain symptom scores between and within the two groups,and the overall efficacy and trend was analyzed.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The treatment group showed better improvement in swelling and pain compared to the control group,and the effect was faster,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the traditional Chinese medicine"ulcer oil"can effectively alleviate the pain and swelling caused by the extravasation of high-risk medication,and repair skin damag caused by the extravasation of high-risk medication.
