摘要
肺结节/肿块是肺部众多疾病常见的基本影像表现。肺结节/肿块的性质评估,一直是影像工作中亟待解决的难题。常规CT仅能对肿块/结节形态学特征进行判断,而活检往往存在较大的局限性。能谱CT成像作为一种新兴的成像技术,其多参数定量分析在评估肺结节/肿块良恶性、分型及预后的优势日益凸显。此外,随着能谱CT在基因学及影像组学相关领域的深入进展,能谱CT用于评估肺结节/肿块的前景也将愈加广阔。本文就能谱CT定量参数在肺结节/肿块诊断中的应用及进展进行综述。
Pulmonary nodules/masses are common basic imaging manifestations of many pulmonary disease.The evaluation of the nature of pulmonary nodules/masses has always been a difficult problem to be solved urgently in imaging work.Conventional CT can only judge the morphological characteristics of the masses/nodules,while biopsy often has greater limitations.As a new imaging technology,multi-parameter quantitative analysis of energy spectrum CT imaging is increasingly prominent in the evaluation of benign and malignant,classification and prognosis of pulmonary nodules/masses.In addition,with the further development of energy spectrum CT in the related fields of genetics and radiomics,the prospect of energy spectrum CT for the evaluation of pulmonary nodules/masses will be more and more broad.This article reviews the application and progress of quantitative parameters of energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules/masses.
