复方甘草口服溶液不良反应的帕累托图分析

Pareto diagram analysis of adverse reactions by compound glycyrrhiza oral solution

目的 分析复方甘草口服溶液不良反应的发生特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Embase、美国科学信息研究所(ISI)多元化的数据库2004—2021年关于“复方甘草口服溶液”“复方甘草合剂”的药品不良反应(ADR)文献,并进行帕累托图分析。结果 筛选出文献24篇,涉及患者29例,帕累托图分析显示,ADR发生时间主要在用药后30 min内,主要累及器官/系统以皮肤及其附件损伤、双硫仑样反应、神经系统反应为主。结论 复方甘草口服溶液用药时应加强监测,重视ADR的影响因素,避免ADR发生,提高用药安全性。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions by compound glycyrrhiza oral solution,and provide reference for rational clinical medication.Methods The adverse drug reaction(ADR)literature of"compound glycyrrhiza oral solution"and"compound licorice mixture"from 2004 to 2021 was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed,Embase,and Institute for scientific information(ISI)diversified databases,and Pareto chart analysis was performed.Results 24 articles were selected,involving 29 patients.Pareto plot analysis showed that ADR mainly occurred within 30 minutes after medication,mainly involving organ/system injuries such as skin and its appendages,disulfiram like reactions,and nervous system reactions.Conclusion ADR caused by Compound glycyrrhiza oral solution should be focused,the occurrence of ADR should be avoided and the safety of medication should be improved.
