数字政府建设中的语言服务发展研究

数字政府建设和语言服务有着满足人民美好生活需求的共同目标,前者为后者提供了更广阔的应用领域和发展空间,后者是推进前者治理能力现代化的有机组成和重要力量。我国政府将现代计算技术的发展规律深刻体现在语言服务的相关研究上,表现为从规划到实践层面的规范升级、服务导向和智能优化。围绕语言及其所有衍生品开展的语言本体服务、精准语言服务和智能语言服务,在优化政务服务效能等方面具有重要意义。政府进一步加快数字化转型,对语言服务在规范化、多元化、精准化、智能化等多方面都提出了更多更高的要求,需要及时研究新情况、发现新问题,以高质量的语言服务赋能数字政府建设。

Digital government construction and language services have the common goal of meeting people's needs for a better life.The former provides a broader application field and development space for the latter,and the latter is an organic component and important force to promote the modernization of the former's governance capacity.The development law of the Chinese government's use of modern computing technology is deeply reflected in the relevant research of language services,which is manifested in the standard upgrading,service orientation and intelligent optimization from the planning to the practice level.Language ontology services,accurate language services and intelligent language services developed around language and all its derivatives are of great significance in optimizing the efficiency of government services.The government has further accelerated the digital transformation and put forward more and higher requirements for language services in terms of standardization,diversification,precision,intelligence and other aspects.It is necessary to timely study the new situation and discover new problems,and empower the construction of digital government with high-quality language services.
