高质量发展背景下医务工作者坚定理想信念研究

Study on the Firm Ideal Conviction of Medical Workers in the Context of High-Quality Development

医务工作者在保障社会健康方面发挥着重要作用。医务工作者通过诊断和治疗疾病、预防疾病的传播、教育患者和培养医疗人才,为社会健康和福祉做出了不可或缺的贡献。在高质量发展背景下,医务工作者理想信念的重要性日益显现,同时也引起了学界和业界的众多关注。该文通过调查问卷的方式展开相关研究,对医务工作者理想信念现状、理想信念对医务工作者的重要性、实现理想信念存在的困难,以及如何践行理想信念进行讨论。理想信念为医者塑造价值观、提供动力,应当通过学习优秀的榜样、广泛阅读、与积极向上的人为伍、参与公益活动、不断思考和反思、坚守原则和道德底线等方法克服其实现的困难。

Medical workers play an important role in ensuring the health of society.They make an indispensable contribution to the health and well-being of society by diagnosing and treating disease,preventing the spread of disease,educating patients,and fostering medical talent.In the context of high-quality development,the importance of the ideals of medical workers has become increasingly apparent and has attracted a lot of attention from both academia and the industry.In this paper,the current situation of medical workers'ideal beliefs,the importance of ideal beliefs to medical workers,the difficulties in realizing ideal beliefs,and how to practice ideal beliefs are discussed through the method of questionnaires.After analysis,it was concluded that ideal beliefs shape values and provide motivation for medical practitioners,and that difficulties in their realization should be overcome by studying good role models,reading widely,associating with positive people,engaging in public service activities,thinking and reflecting constantly,and adhering to principles and ethical boundaries.
