高校服务“双碳”战略的路径探析——以盐城师范学院为例

An Analysis of the Path for Universities to Serve the"Dual Carbon"Strategy—Taking Yancheng Teachers University as an Example

随着全球变暖问题的日益严重,作为国际上的二氧化碳排放大国,为了承担大国责任,同时为了自身的可持续发展,我国提出了碳达峰、碳中和的发展目标(以下简称“双碳”)。“双碳”战略不仅是国家推动社会经济高质量发展的重要战略,也是彰显大国担当的重要举措。高校服务“双碳”战略是高等教育发展规律的内在要求、国家富强和民族振兴的重要支撑也是争取办学资源的天然需求。该文采用文献研究法和调查法,解析高校服务“双碳”战略的必要性,梳理高校在服务“双碳”战略过程中存在的问题,针对存在问题从学科平台建设、育人模式创新和科技成果转化三大方面提出应对策略,并以盐城师范学院为例阐述具体实践做法,以期为高校服务“双碳”战略提供进一步的参考。

With the increasing severity of global warming,as a major carbon dioxide emitter internationally,in order to shoulder the responsibility of a major country and achieve sustainable development,China has proposed the development goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality(hereinafter referred to as"dual carbon").The"dual carbon"strategy is not only an important strategy for the country to promote high-quality socio-economic development,but also an important measure to demonstrate the responsibility of a major country.The"dual carbon"strategy of university services is an inherent requirement of the development law of higher education,an important support for national prosperity and national rejuvenation,and a natural demand for educational resources.This article uses literature research and survey methods to analyze the necessity of universities serving the"dual carbon"strategy,sort out the problems that exist in the process of universities serving the"dual carbon"strategy,and propose corresponding strategies from three aspects:subject platform construction,innovation of education models,and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Taking Yancheng Teachers University as an example,specific practical practices are elaborated to provide further reference for universities serving the"dual carbon"strategy.
