以沈阳地铁三号线某一工段盾构设备施工过程为依托,结合NFM法马通系列盾构机结构及程序设置特点,根据现场泡沫和各类油脂的消耗情况,并综合此施工段地勘状态、盾构机实时运行状态及依据NFM法马通系列盾构机程序和主驱动结构特点对泡沫剂油脂消耗的理论计算的影响算四大方面相结合进行计算分析,深入剖析泡沫及油脂消耗量源头,对此工段泡沫及油脂消耗品的施工消耗量进行计算并最终统计成本,此计算对于该工段后续施工过程起到了一定的指导作用;另对其他类似项目施工单位对于泡沫及油脂消耗品的施工预算提出计算方案,此研究满足新时代盾构机绿色施工的科学理念。此过程是减少施工成本、提高利润率不可忽视的环节,对盾构机施工具有重要的实际应用价值。
