旋转冲击式单体气动锚杆钻机关键部件的仿真研究

摘要 基于锚杆钻机的基本分类,以旋转冲击式单体气动锚杆钻机为研究对象,提出一种适用于旋转冲击式单体气动锚杆钻机关键部件分析的有限元仿真方法。此方法需先根据旋转冲击式单体气动锚杆钻机实际结构特点合理构建有限元仿真模型,并以此为基础开展有限元仿真分析,初步确认此种方法的有效性。将此种有限元仿真方法应用于工程实践,进一步检验方法的应用价值。 Based on the basic classification of anchor drlling rigs,a finite element simulation method is reasonably proposed for the analysis of key components of rotary impact monobloc pneumatic anchor drilling rigs by taking rotary impact monobloc pneumatic anchor drilling rigs as an example.This method needs to reasonably construct a finite element simulation model according to the actual structural characteristics of the rotary impact type single-body pneumatic anchor driling rig,and carry out finite element simulation analysis on the basis of it,so as to preliminarily confirm the validity of this method.Finally,this finite element simulation method is applied to engineering practice to further test the application value of the method.
