摘要
随着煤炭需求的不断增长,掘进机是煤炭开采中不可或缺的一种设备,而截割头则是掘进机的重要组成部分。以掘进机截割头和截齿为研究对象,采用了理论分析与有限元模拟相结合的设计手段,寻求截割头结构最优参数,为截割头的优化设计提供新的思路与依据。
With the continuous growth of the coal market,the roadheader is an indispensable equipment in coal mining,and the cutting head is an important part of the roadheader.Taking the cut-off head and teeth of the roadheader as the research object,the design means combining theoretical analysis and finite element simulation is adopted to seek for the optimal parameters of the cut-off head structure,which provides a new idea and basis for the optimal design of the cut-off head.
