摘要
目前,尽管传统掘进机仍是矿井掘进、生产的主要工作设备,但在实际生产中,开采煤层所产生的煤尘和工作环境较差,严重地影响了操作人员对设备的控制精度,造成了截割成巷的质量不佳,摇臂的摆速变化很大。基于此,以EBJ-132A悬臂式掘进机为研究对象,给出了恒功率截割控制方案,并对控制系统进行了理论研究和仿真分析。
At present,although the traditional roadheader is still the main working equipment for mine excavation and production,in the actual production,the coal dust produced by mining coal seams and the poor working environment seriously affect the precision of the operator's control of the equipment,resulting in the poor quality of the cuttings into the roadway,and the swing speed of the rocker arm varies a lot.Based on this,taking EBJ-132A cantilever roadheader as the research object,a constant power cut-off control scheme is given,and the control system is theoretically studied and simulated.
