摘要
为研究筛管孔眼排列方式对压溃强度的影响,选取不同孔径、不同孔间距的筛管参数,建立有限元模型,分别计算出筛管的压溃强度。研究结果表明:当孔径较小且孔间距较大时,交错排列筛管压溃强度较高,但随着孔径的增大,其压溃强度下降幅度较大;当孔径较小时,平行排列和螺旋排列筛管压溃强度非常接近,但随着孔径的增大,螺旋排列筛管性能明显好于其余两种。
In order to study the influence of sieve pipe aperture arrangement on crushing strength,the parameters of sieve pipe with different aperture diameters and hole spacing were selected,and finite element model was established to calculate the crushing strength of sieve pipe respectively.The results show that:when the aperture diameter is small and the aperture spacing is large,the crushing strength of the staggered arrangement sieve tube is higher,but with the increase of the aperture diameter,its crushing strength decreases more.When the aperture diameter is small,the crush strengths of parallel and spiral aligned sieve tubes are very close to each other,but with the increase of aperture diameter,the performance of spiral aligned sieve tubes is significantly better than the remaining two.
