摘要
基于采煤机截割部基本结构,构建采煤机截割部三维仿真模型,并采用ADAMS软件对采煤机截割部结构性能实施动力学分析,并根据仿真分析过程针对采煤机截割部中的关键部件调高油缸进行优化设计,最后将调高油缸优化设计方案应用于工程实践,检验优化设计方案的有效性。
Based on the basic structure of the cutting section of coal mining machine,a three-dimensional simulation model of the cutting section of coal mining machine is constructed,and the dynamics analysis of the structural performance of the cutting section of coal mining machine is implemented by using ADAMS software,and the optimization design of the raising cylinder,which is a key component of the cutting section of coal mining machine,is carried out based on the process of the simulation analysis,and the optimization design of the raising cylinder is finally applied in engineering practice to check the validity of the optimization design scheme.
