摘要
为解决水管翅片生产过程中各工序之间需要人工操作、生产效率低下的问题,设计了一种具有切断机构、传送机构、推料机构以及冷却管上下料机构的自动冷却管翅片装配机。所设计的装配机实现了翅片卷材从放卷机构送入切断机构切断,传送机构将切断后的翅片送入钎剂溶液箱浸泡,冷却管上下料机构将冷却管送出,推料机构将浸泡后的翅片推入冷却管中完成装配,冷却管翅片生产装配过程一体自动化加工,实现了高效自动化、加工效率的提高,减少了人力操作,达到了降低人工成本的目的。
In order to solve the problems of manual operation and low production efficiency in the process of water tube fin production,an automatic cooling tube fin assembly machine with cutting mechanism,transmission mechanism,pushing mechanism and cooling tube feeding and unloading mechanism was designed.The designed assembly machine realizes that the fin coils are sent from the unwinding mechanism to the cutting mechanism for cutting,the transmission mechanism sends the cut fins into the solder solution tank for soaking,the feeding and unloading mechanism of the cooling tube sends the cooling tube out,the pushing mechanism pushes the soaked fins into the cooling tube to complete assembly,and the production and assembly process of the cooling tube fins is integrated with automatic processing,which realizes efficient automation,improves the processing efficiency,and reduces manual operation,To reduce labor costs.
