现阶段,国内外卷烟生产过程中,使用最多的特种滤棒主要是复合滤棒,其中以二元复合滤棒为主,其主要由两段不同结构的段节,或者是若干段不同结构的段节组合而成。可以将各种多功能的液体、粉末、颗粒等材料添加到复合滤棒的内段,使其能够更好吸附烟气之中的有害成分,可以对将降焦减害所引发的香气流失问题进行弥补。基于此,针对水杯系列复合滤棒的卷烟机械设计进行研究,以期能够为卷烟机械设计与应用提供有价值的参考依据。
