矿井提升机调速变频控制装置优化

摘要 针对矿井提升机调速装置存在的启动电流大、运行不稳定、安全性低的问题,提出基于变频控制技术的矿井提升机调速装置优化方案。重点分析了以DSP控制器为核心的矿井提升机变频控制装置的方案设计、主回路设计、控制系统设计,并完成应用与分析。实际应用结果表明,优化后的矿井提升机变频控制装置可满足提升机安全、稳定、可靠运行要求,有助于提升矿井作业安全系数和作业效率。 Aiming at the problems of large starting current,unstable operation and low safety of mine hoist speed control device,the optimisation scheme of mine hoist speed control device based on frequency conversion control technology is proposed.It focuses on the analysis of the scheme design,main circuit design,control systerm design of the mine hoist frequency control device with DSP contollr as the core,and completes the application and analysis.The practical application results show that the optimised mine hoist frequency control device can meet the requirements of safe,stable and reliable operation of the hoist,which helps to improve the safety coefficient of mine operation and operational fficiency.
