摘要
为了进一步降低轮毂电机的壳体重量并提升使用稳定性和可靠性,以ANSYS仿真分析软件为基础对轮毂电机壳体的受力状态进行了研究,以减少壳体质量为目标对轮毂电机的外壳进行了结构优化设计。根据实际研究表明,优化后的壳体在保证受力状态不变的情况下,整体质量降低了22.8%,壳体上的最大应力比优化前降低了27.4%,变形量比优化前降低了11.2%。
In order to futher reduce the weight of the hub motor shell and improve the stability and reliability of use,the force state of the hub motor shell was studied based on ANSYS simulation and analysis software,and the struetural optimisation design of the hub motor shell was carried out with the goal of reducing the mass of the shell.According to the actual study,it is shown that the optimised shell reduces the overall weight by 22.8%,the maximum stress on the shell is reduced by 27.4%and the deformation is reduced by 11.2%compared with the pre-optimisation period,while the force state is guaranteed to be unchanged.
