煤矿井下用无极绳绞车变频驱动研究

摘要 为提高SQ-120/132P无极绳绞车运行效率及经济性,在对绞车变频控制需求分析基础上,构建无极绳绞车变频控制系统,并在山西某矿3305辅助运输巷应用表明,变频控制系统可满足绞车安全、稳定及经济运行,在绞车使用期间控制全系统以及无极绳绞车均保持正常运行,现场应用效果较为显著。 In order to improve the operation efficiency and economy of SQ-120/132P induction rope winch,the frequency control system of induction rope winch is constructed on the basis of the analysis of the demand for frequency control of the winch.In 3305 auxiliary transport lane SQ-120/132P induction rope winch on the application shows that the frequency control system can meet the winch safety,stability and economic operation,in the winch during the use of the control system as well as the induction rope winch are kept in normal operation,the field application effect is more significant.
