摘要 掘进机自动化控制水平偏低会制约巷道掘进效率,以EBZ200C掘进机为研究对象,构建一种掘进机自动截割控制系统。该系统上位机选用Power Panel 480智能工控面板、下位机选用S7-200PLC,通信用CAN总线方式;在截割部布置电流、位移传感器实现运行状态监测,通过电液比例控制阀控制截割部进行,采用PID控制提高控制精度。对自动截割系统硬件结构、运行流程及控制方法等进行详细阐述,并进行工程应用。现场应用后,该自动截割控制系统运行平稳,提升了掘进机自动化控制水平。 The low level of automation control of roadheader will restrict the efficiency of roadway excavation,so the EBZ200C roadheader is used as the research object to construct an automatic cutting control system for roadheader.The system uses Power Panel 480 intelligent industrial control panel for the upper computer,S7-200 PLC for the lower computer,and CAN bus for the communication;current and displacement sensors are arranged in the cutting section to achieve the monitoring of the operation status,and the cutting section is controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional control valve,and PID control is adopted to improve the control accuracy.The hardware structure,operation process and control method of the automatic cuting system are elaborated in detail and applied in engineering.After the field application,the automatic cut-off control system runs smoothly and improves the automatic control level of roadheading machine.
