CPR1000机组核岛压力容器水压试验查漏方法分析

摘要 核电机组核岛压力容器水压试验是验证承压设备在连续超压状态下密闭性与完整性的不可替代的验证方式。在进行水压试验的过程中会出现无法保压从而使得试验失败的情况,基于此,需要对整个试验边界进行系统性的查漏。结合RSE-M规范对水压试验过程中适用的查漏方法进行分析,以期对后续水压试验工作提供参考。 Hydraulic test of nuclear island pressure vessel of nuclear power unit is an irreplaceable verification method to verify the tightness and integrity of pressurised equipment under continuous overpressure.In the process of hydrotesting,there may be a situation that the test fails because the pressure cannot be maintained,based on which,it is necessary to carry out systematic leakage checking on the whole test boundary.By combining with the RSE-M specification,we analyse the applicable leakage checking methods in the process of hydrotesting,so as to provide reference for the subsequent hydrotesting work.
