摘要
钢丝绳是矿井提升系统中的关键部件,在长时间运行过程中因润滑不良或长时间磨损,容易导致钢丝绳的锈蚀、断丝、磨损和突然断裂,严重影响提升系统的稳定性和可靠性。传统的矿井提升机钢丝绳每日检测大多采用人工目测或设备辅助,存在劳动强度大、可靠性低、智能化程度低、受人为因素干扰大、检测结果不准确、成本较高等问题,通过对钢丝绳常见故障和损伤类型进行分析,提出了一套基于漏磁技术的矿用钢丝绳无损检测技术和方法。现场试验结果表明,该套无损检测技术可以实现对钢丝绳故障的快速探伤,实现在线智能检测,故障报警率为99.5%,误报率≤0.5%,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,检测结果快速且准确,可以有效避免重大事故的发生。
Wire rope is a key component in the mine hoisting system,which is prone to corrosion,wire breakage,abrasion and sudden breakage faults due to poor lubrication or long-time wear during long-time operation,which seriously affects the stability and reliability of the hoisting system.The traditional daily inspection of wire rope of mine hoist mostly adopts manual visual inspection or equipment assistance,which has the problems of high labor intensity,low reliability,low degree of intelligence,high interference by human factors,inaccurate inspection results and high cost,etc.By analyzing the common faults and damage types of wire rope,a set of non-destructive inspection technology and method of mining wire rope based on leakage magnetic technology is proposed.Field experiment results show that the set of nondestructive testing technology can realize the rapid detection of wire rope faults,realize online intelligent detection,fault alarm rate of 99.5%,false alarm rate≤0.5%,greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers,detection results are fast and accurate,and can be effectively avoided to cause major accidents.
