摘要
以新景矿15号煤层8115工作面为研究对象,介绍一种新型机械水力钻扩孔工艺设计,具体性工艺设计主要包括关键技术设备和工艺设计及流程两方面内容。为有效检验新型机械水力钻扩孔工艺设计的应用成效,将其应用于新景矿生产中,从技术指标、技术先进性和创新性、技术经济效益等角度对新工艺设计的应用价值进行分析说明,最终表明新工艺设计具有较好的应用效果。
Taking 8115 working face of No.15 coal seam in Xinjing Mine as the research object,a new mechanical hydraulic drilling and reaming process design is introduced,and the specific process design mainly includes two aspects of key technical equipment and process design and flow.In order to effectively test the effectiveness of the application of the new mechanical hydraulic drilling reaming process design,it is applied to the production of Xinjing Mine,and the application value of the new process design is analysed and explained from the perspectives of technical indicators,technological advancement and innovativeness,and technological and economic benefits,etc.,which finally shows that the new process design has a better application effect.
