大直径钻孔装备在瓦斯防治中的应用

摘要 为了解决煤矿井下上隅角瓦斯超限严重的问题,提出了一种新的大直径钻孔瓦斯抽采技术,对瓦斯抽采原理、大直径钻孔施工技术要求等进行了分析。根据在煤矿井下的实际应用表明,新的瓦斯抽采技术能够实现对井下上隅角瓦斯的持续抽采作业,将上隅角瓦斯超限次数降低了97.9%,极大地提升了煤矿井下综采作业的安全性。 In order to solve the serious problem of gas overlimit in the upper corner of coal mine underground,a new gas extraction technology with large diameter driling is proposed,and the principle of gas extraction and technical requirements of large diameter drilling construction are analysed.According to the practical application in underground coal mine,the new gas extraction technology can realise the continuous extraction of gas in the upper corner of the shaft,and reduce the number of gas overlimit in the upper corner by 97.9%,which greatly improves the safety of comprehensive mining operation in underground coal mine.
