摘要
基于阜生煤矿1203保护层运输顺槽掘进期间受应力影响位于巷道450~457 m范围内顶板出现局部冒漏现象,导致冒漏区围岩失稳、永久支护失效、有害气体积聚等,严重威胁着巷道安全快速掘进的问题,阜生煤矿通过技术研究,对巷道冒漏区采取“人工假顶+密集锚索+钢棚+注浆”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后有效控制了顶板冒漏失稳现象,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the local leakage phenomenon of the roof plate in the 450-457 m range of the roadway under the influence of stress during the tunneling of the 1203 protective layer transport tunnels in Fusheng Coal Mine,resulting in the instability of the surrounding rock in the leakage area,the failure of the permanent support,and the accumulation of hazardous gases,which seriously threatens the safe and rapid tunneling of the roadway,the Fusheng Coal Mine,through the technological research,adopts the"Arificial False Roof"method for the leakage area in the tunnel.Through technical research,Fusheng coal mine adopts"artificial false roof+dense anchor cable+steel shed+grouting"joint support technology for the roadway leakage area,through the actual application ffect,after adopting the joint support technology,the phenomenon of roof leakage and instability is efctively cortolled,and significant application results have been achieved.
