摘要
文中选用了高铁酸钾和高分子树脂材料等材料,掺入一定量的水泥、生石灰生成复合固化剂,对淤泥进行固化;进行了多项单掺和正交试验,确定了复合固化剂的最优配比;对试样开展了多组干湿循环试验。结果表明,使用复合固化剂处理使淤泥在抗压强度、水稳定性及耐久性方面明显提高,路用性能明显增强。
In this study,a composite curing agent was synthesized using cement,quicklime,Potassium Ferric Acid and polymer water-absorbent resin,and the organic matter-containing silt was cure.Several single blending and orthogonal tests were conducted to determine the optimal ratio of the composite curing agent.Several sets of dry and wet cycle tests were carried out on the samples.The results showed that the compressive strength,water stability and durability of the silt were significantly improved by using the composite curing agent,and the road performance was obviously enhanced.
