摘要
文中主要研究隧洞石渣机制砂对预拌砂浆保塑时间、抗压强度及防水性能的影响。试验结果表明,经由机械破碎隧洞石渣的机制砂可用于制备预拌砂浆,得到强度较好的普通砌筑干混砂浆,但因其石粉含量高、抗裂性差、颗粒粒径大和保塑时间短,不利于配制薄层的湿拌抹面防水砂浆。
In this paper,the effects of the sand characteristics of tunnel slag on the constructability,compressive strength and waterproof performance of ready-mixed mortar were studied.The test results show that the machine-made sand can be used to prepare ready-mixed mortar,and it is easier to obtain normal masonry dry mixed mortar with good strength,but because of its high stone powder content,poor crack resistance,large particle size and short plastic preservation time,it is not conducive to preparing thin layer wet mixed coating waterproof mortar.
