摘要
文中将钨尾矿粉等量取代水泥制备装饰砂浆,测试其吸水量、力学性能、收缩和泛碱。结果表明,砂浆的30、240 min吸水量均随着钨尾矿粉掺量的增加而增加。随着钨尾矿粉掺量增加,砂浆的抗折强度、抗压强度和拉伸粘结强度均呈下降趋势,抗折强度和拉伸粘结强度下降幅度较大。砂浆的收缩值随着钨尾矿粉掺量增加而逐渐增加。当钨尾矿粉掺量大于10%时,砂浆的收缩值增加逐渐加快。砂浆的一次泛碱均随着钨尾矿粉掺量增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势。
Tungsten tailings were substituted for cement to prepare decorative mortar,and the water absorption,mechanical properties,shrinkage and caustic penetration of the mortar were tested.The results show that the 30 min water absorption and 240 min water absorption of mortar increase with the increase of tungsten tailing powder content.With the increase of tungsten tailing powder content,the bending strength,compressive strength and tensile bond strength of mortar decrease gradually,and the bending strength and tensile bond strength decrease greatly.The shrinkage value of mortar increases gradually with the increase of tungsten tailing powder content.When the content of tungsten tailings is greater than 10%,the shrinkage value of mortar increases gradually.The primary caustic soda and secondary caustic soda in mortar decrease first and then increase with the increase of tungsten tailings content.
