邻近浅基础建筑单层地下室基坑变形控制研究

Research on Deformation Control of Single Basement Foundation Pit Near Shallow Foundation Building

文中以北京市某建筑地下室施工项目为依托,开展邻近浅基础建筑基坑变形控制支护结构及变形监测研究,通过针对性地应用支护结构和变形监测控制技术,有效控制了邻近浅基础基坑变形沉降,保证了基坑和建筑物的安全。

Based on the basement construction project of a building in Beijing,this paper studies the deformation control supporting structure and deformation monitoring of the foundation pit of the adjacent shallow foundation building.Through the targeted application of supporting structure and deformation monitoring control technology,the deformation and settlement of the adjacent shallow foundation pit are effectively controlled,and the safety of the foundation pit and the building is ensured.
