摘要
为保证缓粘结预应力混凝土的施工质量,文中分析了缓粘结预应力筋与混凝土相互作用的机理,提出了缓粘结预应力混凝土施工流程。利用BIM技术布筋,得到与设计高度吻合的线性路径;在预应力筋端部和反弯点处增设螺旋箍筋,分散张拉产生的附加压应力;同时对预应力筋下料、铺设、节点安装、预应力筋张拉、封端保护等工序提出了具体的质控措施。
To ensure the construction quality of slowly bonded prestressed concrete,it is analyzed the mechanism of interaction between slow bonding prestressed reinforcement and concrete,and proposed the construction process of slow bonding prestressed concrete.Using BIM technology to arrange slow bonding prestressed reinforcement can obtain a linear path with high design fit,adding spiral strrups can disperse additional compressive stress which is at the end of the slow bonding prestressed reinforcement and the inflection point.At the same time,specific quality control measures have been proposed for slow bonding prestressed reinforcement of cutting,laying,tensioning,node installation,and end sealing protection.
