摘要 文中旨在探究装配式聚氨酯改性并添加聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒的泡沫混凝土填充墙在建筑行业的应用性能。对聚氨酯的改性处理及EPS颗粒的添加设计并执行了一系列关于力学性能、隔热性能以及隔音性能的试验,比较了不同掺量下的性能表现。结果表明,适当比例的聚氨酯的添加能够提升混凝土的力学性能,EPS颗粒的添加显著提升了填充墙的隔热和隔音性能。实际工程应用证明,使用该种混凝土的预制填充墙,能有效降低建筑的能耗,提升舒适度,同时还具有良好的隔音效果。 The purpose of this study is to explore the application performance of prefabricated polyurethane modified foam concrete infilled wall with polystyrene(EPS)particles in the construction industry.Firstly,the modification treatment of polyurethane and the addition of EPS particles were designed and a series of experiments were conducted on mechanical properties,thermal insulation performance,and sound insulation performance,comparing the performance performance under dfferent dosages.The experimental results indicate that the addition of an appropriate proportion of polyurethane can improve the mechanical properties of concrete,while the addition of EPS particles significantly enhances the insulation and sound insulation performance of the flled wall.Through its application in practical engineering,it has been proven that the use of prefabricated infll walls with this type of concrete can effectively reduce building energy consumption,improve comfort,and also have good sound insulation effects.
