摘要
文中以某高层住宅楼建筑为例,以微观模拟二维建模的方式,研究了风压、高度、局部构造三种因素对外墙裂缝水流动的影响,结合模拟试验结果,通过防裂、防水、降低建筑局部风压的方式,提升高层住宅外墙防渗漏效果。
In this paper,taking a high-rise residential project as an example,the effects of wind pressure,height and local structure on water flow in external wall cracks are studied by means of micro-simulation and two-dimensional modeling.Combined with the simulation test results,the anti-leakage effect of the external wall of high-rise residential buildings is improved by means of crack prevention,waterproof and local wind pressure reduction.
