摘要
文中就重晶石防辐射混凝土的材料组成优化设计进行研究,并进行了实体应用。研究结果表明,坍落度与重晶石掺量呈线性负相关;坍落度扩展度与重晶石掺量呈现缓慢下降后快速下降的关系;抗压强度与重晶石掺量呈负相关;混凝土干表观密度与重晶石掺量呈正相关。结合经济性及性能,本研究采用最佳重晶石掺量为40%。项目经验收,本工程的混凝土内外温差及性能均符合设计要求,工程效果良好,证明该材料施工具有可靠性。
This paper mainly studies the material composition optimization design of barite radiation-proof concrete,and carries out solid application.The results show that slump is negatively correlated with the content of barite.There is a negative correlation between slump expansion and barite content,which decreases slowly and then decreases rapidly.The compressive strength is negatively correlated with the content of barite.The dry apparent density of concrete is positively correlated with the content of barite.Combining economy and performance,the optimal barite content is 40%.The project experience shows that the temperature difference and performance of concrete inside and outside the project meet the design requirements,the engineering effect is good,and the construction reliability of the material is good.
