房屋建筑新型地基施工关键技术分析

摘要 地基施工质量是房屋建筑的安全保障,随着房屋住宅楼层和基础复杂程度的增加,常规形式的房屋建筑地基已经不能满足社会发展和人们的居住需求。文中对房屋建筑的新型基础-刚性桩复合地基进行分析,明确了该基础关键施工技术-刚性桩间距和褥垫层性质对结构安全的影响。结果表明,刚性桩间距越大,褥垫层厚度越大,越能够发挥桩间土的承载力,且褥垫层最佳刚度达到30 MPa。 The quality of foundation construction is the safety guarantee of building construction.With the increasing complexity of residential floors and foundations,conventional forms of building foundations can no longer meet the society development and people's living needs.This article analyzes the new type of foundation for building construction-rigid pile composite foundation,and clarifies the key construction techniques of this foundation-the spacing between rigid piles and the properties of the cushion layer-on the impact of structural safety.The results show that the larger the spacing between rigid piles,the thicker the cushion layer,and the more capable it is to exert the bearing capacity of the soil between piles.The optimal stiffness of the cushion layer is 30 MPa.
