摘要
如果对大跨度建筑结构中混凝土构件客观应力需求缺乏分析,混凝土梁结构在荷载状态下将产生较大位移。为此,文中进行了混凝土在大跨度建筑结构施工中的应用研究,分析混凝土构件的应力需求,以满足建筑荷载要求作为核心目标,设计试验加载装置,选择强度等级在C30以上的混凝土为施工材料,优化连接钢筋混凝土梁与型钢混凝土柱,并差异化处理混凝土梁的长度和轴压比限值。试验表明,本项目施工混凝土结构在x、y、z方向上的位移分别稳定在0.3、0.4和1.0 mm以内,均处于较低水平,由此证明文中设计的技术具有良好的实际应用效果。
Due to the lack of analysis of the objective stress demand of concrete members in long-span building structures,the concrete beam structure has a large displacement under load.Therefore,this paper puts forward the application research of concrete in the construction of long-span building structures.Analyze the stress requirements of concrete members,and take meeting the load requirements of buildings as the core goal;Then the experimental loading device is designed,and the concrete with strength grade above C30 is selected as the construction material,and the reinforced concrete beam and the steel reinforced concrete column are optimally connected,and the length and axial compression ratio of the concrete beam are differentiated.Experiments show that the displacement of the concrete structure in the x,y and z directions of this project is stable within 0.3,0.4 and 1.0 mm respectively,which are all at a low level,thus proving that the technology designed in this paper has good practical application effect.
