文中以秦庄棚户区改造安置房工程为例,重点研究倒置式屋面结构,分析其结构设计情况与具体施工标准,着重从找平层施工、SBS改性沥青防水卷材施工、现浇发泡混凝土保温层施工等方面梳理其施工技术,以期为类似工程提供参考。

Roof engineering is an important part of construction engineering.Taking the Qinzhuang shantytown renovation and resettlement housing project as an example,this article focuses on studying its inverted roof structure,analyzing its structural design and specific construction standards.Then,it focuses on sorting out its construction technology from aspects such as leveling layer construction,SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane construction,and cast-in-place foam concrete insulation layer construction,in order to provide effective references for similar projects.
