Research on the Hindering Factors for the Application and Promotion of BIM Technology in Small and Medium-sized Construction Enterprises

中小施工企业是全面应用与推广BIM技术的关键力量,解决中小施工企业BIM技术应用与推广过程中的难题是推动BIM技术发展的关键所在。文中基于主成分分析法,将问卷调查得出的13个影响因素降维为组织与人员、学习与技术、机制与规范、市场与环境、经济与政策五大类,在因素分析的基础上,针对各类因素提出了针对性的策略与建议。

Small and medium-sized construction enterprises are the key force for the comprehensive application and promotion of BIM technology,to solve the problems in the application and promotion of BIM technology in small and medium-sized construction enterprises is the key to promote the development of BIM technology.Based on the principal component analysis method,the 13 influencing factors obtained by the questionnaire were reduced to five categories:organization and personnel,learning and technology,mechanism and norms,market and environment,and economy and policy.Based on the factor analysis,targeted strategies and suggestions were put forward for various factors.
