2023年第27届国际供电会议学术动态——配电系统规划

摘要 2023年举办的国际供电会议(CIRED 2023)按照传统的6个分会进行交流,其中配电系统规划专业分会(CIRED-S5)共录用175篇论文(录取率约为55%)。所录用论文共分为4类传统主题,包括风险管理与资产管理、配电新发展、配电规划以及方法与工具。此外,CIRED-S5还举办了3个圆桌会议,分别为RT9“最大化接纳容量:配电系统中PV和EV容量管理的创新方法”、RT11“全方位加速能源转型:从授权到投产”和RT13“智能计量功能的新角色”。CIRED-S5关注的热点问题有:资产管理的气候适应性、不同能源和电力系统的耦合、具有高占比可再生能源电力系统的灵活性、直流配电在能源转型中的价值、电动汽车充电站的灵活性,以及管理内在重大不确定性的必要性等。 The International Power Supply Conference held in 2023(CIRED 2023)is arranged according to the traditional 6 sessions,of which Power Distribution System Planning(CIRED-S5)has accepted 175 papers(acceptance rate is about 55%),and the papers can be divided into 4 categories,reflecting S5's four traditional themes,such as risk management and asset management,new developments,distribution planning,as well as methods and tools.In addition,CIRED-S5 hosted three round tables:RT9:maximizing hosting capacity:innovative approaches to capacity management for EV and PV in distribution systems,RT11:accelerating the energy transition,from authorization through to commissioning,and RT13:new role of smart metering functionalities.The issues concerned include:the resilience of asset management for climate changing,coupling of different energies and power systems,flexibility of power systems with high-proportion renewable energy,value of DC distribution in the energy transition,flexibility of electric vehicle charging stations,and the need to manage significant inherent uncertainties.
