摘要
丙烯酸羟乙酯是一种高活性的聚合单体,在涂料、UV光固化材料中应用非常广泛。国内丙烯酸羟乙酯的生产厂商多数使用釜式间歇/连续生产,不可避免的存在物料返混严重、粗产品纯度低的问题,需要进一步分离提纯才可以得到92%以上的低纯丙烯酸羟乙酯,再进一步精馏才能得到纯度97%以上的高纯丙烯酸羟乙酯。虽然微通道反应器可以解决物料返混且安全系数高,但是达到相同产能需要投入的成本十分高昂,不适合在此类产品的生产场景中推广。本文介绍了一种改进型管式反应器,在传统管式反应器中引入了微通道反应器进行高效混合,在进行丙烯酸羟乙酯时具有非常高的反应效率和产品质量。经过对反应条件的优化,最终以0.8%催化剂使用量、85摄氏度反应、19分钟的停留时间实现了丙烯酸的完全转化,且粗产物中丙烯酸羟乙酯的含量达到了93%,已经达到了市售产品的纯度标准。
Hydroxyethyl acrylate is a highly active polymer monomer,which is widely used in coatings and UV curing materials.Most domestic manufacturers of hydroxyethyl acrylate use kettle batch/continuous production,which inevitably leads to serious back-mixing of materials thus low purity of crude products.It requires further separation and purification to obtain a concentration of 92%for low-purity hydroxyethyl acrylate product,and then further rectification to obtain a concentration of 97%of high-purity hydroxyethyl acrylate product.Although the microchannel reactor can solve the problem of material back-mixing and has a high safety factor,the cost of reaching the same production capacity is very high and is not suitable for promotion in the production scenario of such products.In this paper,an improved tubular reactor was introduced.A microchannel reactor was introduced into the traditional tubular reactor for efficient mixing.It had very high reaction efficiency and product quality when conducting hydroxyethyl acrylate.After optimizing the reaction conditions,the complete conversion of acrylic acid was finally achieved with 0.8%catalyst usage,85℃reaction and 19 minutes residence time,and the content of hydroxyethyl acrylate in the crude product reached 93%,which had reached the purity standard of commercial products.
