固定相是影响样品进行液相色谱分析分离的关键因素,使用β-环糊精作为固定相,因其特殊空腔结构和良好的手性拆分能力而应用广泛,本文总结了近年来β-环糊精作为固定相研究的最新进展,及其在药物、农药、食品等领域的应用,以期为β-环糊精作为固定相的开发制备和应用做借鉴参考。

Stationary phases are a key factor affecting the separation of HPLC.Theβ-cyclodextrin bonded stationary phases are widely used because of its special cavity structure and good chiral resolution ability.This paper summarizes research progress ofβ-cyclodextrin bonded stationary phases and its application in separation of drugs,pesticides and food by HPLC,in order to guide the preparation and application ofβ-cyclodextrin bonded stationary phases.
